ACETICACID

Today I made Acetic Acid CH₃COOH. This is the second most basic organic acid. here is a photo of Acetic Acid and some facts about it.

1. Vinegar is 3-9% Acetic Acid
2. Concentrated Acetic Acid can damage the skin.
3. Vinegar is produced by the fermentation and oxidization of ethanol.
